Payment Policy

Booking and Payment: To book a safari with Rapt Safaris Ltd, customers must pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total safari cost at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before the safari start date. If the booking is made less than 60 days before the start date, the full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods: Rapt Safaris Ltd accepts payments by wire transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Customers will be provided with the necessary payment details at the time of booking.

Payment Currency: All major currencies are acceptable to Rapt Safaris Ltd but must be agreed upon by Rapt Safaris Ltd at the time of booking.

Credit Card Payments: Rapt Safaris Ltd accepts credit card payments through a secure online payment system. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee of up to 5% to cover the cost of the payment processing.

Wire Transfer Payments: Rapt Safaris Ltd accepts wire transfer payments. The customer is responsible for any bank fees associated with the wire transfer.

PayPal Payments: Rapt Safaris Ltd accepts PayPal payments. The customer is responsible for any fees associated with the PayPal transaction.

Cancellation and Refunds: If a customer cancels their safari, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation more than 60 days before the start date: Rapt Safaris Ltd will retain the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the start date: Rapt Safaris Ltd will retain 50% of the total safari cost.

Cancellation less than 30 days before the start date: Rapt Safaris Ltd will retain 100% of the total safari cost.

If Rapt Safaris Ltd cancels a safari, the customer will receive a full refund of any payments made.

Payment Disputes: In the event of a payment dispute, customers should contact Rapt Safaris Ltd as soon as possible to attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, the customer may initiate a chargeback with their credit card company or file a dispute with PayPal.

Changes to the Payment Policy: Rapt Safaris Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this payment policy at any time. We will notify customers of any changes to the policy by posting the updated policy on our website.
